Morongo Industrial

Unit B3 is a light industrial building located within a secure business park in the City of Desert Hot Springs. It was completed in 2022 and is suitable for manufacturing and light distribution purposes. The building features two ground level doors and four points of side door entry, including access to a small yard. Tenant improvements are currently underway and are expected to be fully operational by the fourth quarter of 2022.
